    I could cheerfully live my life without the uncontrolled barking that is so prevalent in the city of Tucson, Arizona, and in many other places. Dog owners, it's not hard to teach your dog to refrain from barking at this, that, the other thing, and so on. Your dog's barking is NOT music to my ears.
